Having a quirkless child was not what Inko Midoriya wanted so she left her young son to her best friend, Mitsuki Bakugou and her husband, Masaru Bakugou. Izuku's father, Hisashi Midoriya heard what Inko had done and came to Izuku's aid in Japan. He had been in America for years as he had lots of work to do but he still visited any chance he got. So as any person would, Katsuki decided to help Izuku with it. The two stay glued onto each other like shoelaces, being able to untie themselves, but deciding not to.
