The Babysitter, The Freak, and The LIfeguard.

Billy Hargrove knew what it meant to be alive when he wasn't supposed to be. Ushered out of his hospital bed and into another identity in another town. He hadn't even had time to collect his things, nor alert his sister that he was alive.

There are two other in town who know what it means to survive when they're not supposed to. They also know what it means to lose Billy Hargrove.

Or: The one where the giant crater draws Billy out of hiding under government protection, and directly to Steve's front door. Now Steve has to babysit Hawkin's Most Wanted Eddie "the Freak" Munson, and Billy, a dead lifeguard.
