As for TV Shows the stories of the never-ending improv movie that is Los Santos in NoPixel gave me some ideas. I'm starting from Randy and Ray Mond perspectives but if I have time I'll extend to some of the amazing other characters on the server.

Summary :
On Great Ocean Highway two criminals are racing in Los Santos, the newbie is a girl named Ray Mond (First name Ray, last name Mond) that just arrived in the city. She quickly became the mentee of a famous gang member named Randy Bullet. He shows her the tricks and how to avoid the dangers of the illegal racing scene, and from a mentor he slowly becomes her secret lover. She lives with him while she gets let into the gang and learn how to be more badass than even he himself. This time in her life she promises to herself that she won't make mistakes with her new femly.
