Moving on from my previous #memoir Just An Ordinary Girl, I go back and forth with #loss #healthissues #love #stroke #death #laughter #sorrow interspersed with many #happymoments and #laughter this book gives explanations due to the interlude when I haven't been writing and why. How I sought to overcome #loneliness and regain my fitness and ability to do some of the things I previously was able to do before my stroke. When you become ill and you lose people very close to you, there is a respect for life and realisation how precious it is and how your outlook changes. Many thanks for the support from my #Wattpad friends for our daily chats laughter and support, my close friends, my daughter. Also for the Facebook group #DifferentStrokes who are so supportive to each other. We are #strokesurvivors #strokewarriors . I'm stubborn. This isn't another sob story. I don't feel resentful. I feel grateful and that life is an obstacle course we must navigate to get the best route forward. It has thrown me a few curve balls to be sure. This isn't another pity memoir or a tragic story, it is my ironic look at aspects of my life that has been touched with some tragedy but also shaped by much happiness and laughter. I'd truly appreciate if someone could help me make a better cover, if i like it i will post your name as credit for the cover. feedback and comments always are truly appreciated. Especially if this touches your heart or your soul.
