Neighbors

Seventeen year old Kelsey Smith, has had a pretty hard life in the past. When she was only 5, her mom and dad were both in an accident and passed away. That left Kelsey with only her brother. They were forced to move in with their aunt who has a traveling job as a struggling actress.
Both of the kids are used to moving a lot but when they move to Los Angeles, California, they realize they actually like it there a lot. There's abunch of fun things to do, tons of kids, and Kelsey's favorite part, the neighbor.
He is 18 and his name is Brandon. They have a lot in common, and automatically click.
Will they fall in love or will Kelsey's aunts job get in the way of their relationship?
