Jon Smithe Adaman, a twenty three year old forensic student and COO of his father's scientific firm the Atom Corporation, has lost his will to live and drive to make a better world. However, when one of Jon's closest friends is implicated in a series of murders, it's up to Jon to become the vigilante Nightshade to uncover the truth. On his journey, Jon uncovers a city wide conspiracy.
Can Nightshade save Chicago and his friend? Or will the city be ruled with an iron fist before the conspiracy is unveiled?

The Five: The Beginning
Newly 21 year old Ayden Slider discovers during his birthday party that weird things are happening to him all at once. Slowly, these powers start manifest. First, is simply mind reading. With practice can grow to be very useful. Second, super speed. Able to get across the map within minutes. Third, telekinesis developed and he's able to move objects with his mind. Fourth, time manipulation occurs. This stage of powers involves more then trait. Fifth, final power is self regeneration. Able to grow back skin cells and basically be invincible. But not quite. After discovering his mind reading ability Ayden reveals to best friends Cyrus Jones and Amber Monroe what happen to him the night of his birthday. After he convinces them that it's the truth, here starts the long journey of finding his birth parents. During there adventure they come across other people with similar abilities but not quite like Aydens. They only posses one trait. Will he find out who he is?Complete
