Bakugo is so confident that he will never get along with the girl who always annoy him.

Ikari tends to annoy Bakugo and insult him with his failures. Many students from the other department and sections hates her, but in her class, only one loathe her.

They enjoy Ikari's company, mostly Yaoyarozu and Jirou. Todoroki see her as a good companion, and Midoriya look up to her as a strong hero. However, Bakugo only see her as a rival, spoiled brat from the clan of Ikari.

Of course, Ikari hates Bakugo as well. They loathe each other.They will fight from time to time and will only stop, if someone ask them to, or if the teachers are around.
