After a humiliating loss at last year's battle of the bands, Midoriya Izuki is determined to take the gold with his band, DEKU. For the past few months, the band has done nothing but rehearse and, this year, they have a chance to win. However, in order to beat their rival, Explosion Murder, Izuku believes that they need an edge. It just so happens that this extra edge comes with a healthy side of romance...
A Quirkless in College AU! Updates Monday/Thursday. This whole thing is just a drabble I wrote in about a week. This fic is relatively fast paced, meant for a quick binge if you have a spare hour. Also, this fiction uses real songs! Obviously I don't own anything and credit really goes to every artist involved.

Ever since Izuku Midoriya joined U.A. High School and settled in, he knew that the League of Villains were after him and his quirk: One For All. However, when the time comes when Bakugo is the target and is only seconds away from being captured, Midoriya throws himself in the chaos and ends up saving Bakugo, only at the cost of his own safety as he is captured instead. Being used to the hero dealings in the real world had him crave the years of school stolen from him due to his duty of a hero and he decides to finish his education despite already getting his license. Yet, the real world didn't prepare him when he quite literally bumps into a quirkless general studies student who sent his heart soaring. They got closer with their very frequent hangouts at the infirmary. Eventually, they realize just how similar the two students were despite being on opposite sides of the spectrum when it comes to hero strength. Midoriya Izuku was ambitious. He always pushed until he fell. He never gave up, not once did he fall and stay down. Not even when his idol told him that his dream was illogical--that in reality he will only get in the way. So he made a set of recordings and set up an anonymous channel. He approached many people and asked them variants of the same question: "Can a quirkless person become a hero?" No matter the answer though, he was broken inside. His dreams and hopes were shattered a long time ago. But he isn't ready to take a swan dive just yet. He wants to meet one person who will tell him that he is not useless. That he can be a hero. And after that moment, he will decide if he's ready to take a swan dive off the roof of a building or not. Some of the chapters will be quite triggering. I will put a warning beside each chapter title that includes detailed descriptions of triggering topics. The characters do not belong to me, only the plot. Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugo have known each other for as long as they can remember, united by a shared dream: to form a band together. And the member only was rude to bakugo but everyone fell right into His trap. So bakugo grew more and more sad. And eventually izuku said something really rude to Katsuki. Will everyone's bond with bakugo recover or will it stay shattered forever as Katsuki fights to prove this member is a bad person who is fake, who was using them all, and even stealing their music. But Katsuki falls hard for izuku yet izuku is clueless and has no idea. But soon a new member joined and izuku replaced bakugo with him and the other members kinda started to as-well. In secret he was always mean to bakugo in every way possible, even hitting him. So Katsuki grew sad and fought to tell the truth about this member.)

Eiko Chihara and Izuku Midoriya had been inseparable as kids, bonded by their shared dream of becoming heroes together one day. But everything changed when Eiko's father, a beloved Pro Hero, was killed in a villain attack before her first year in junior high. After witnessing and experiencing her father's gruesome death, her grief consumed her and by the end of the year, she had pushed everyone away-including Izuku. Determined to follow her father's footsteps and become a hero he could've been proud of, Eiko buried herself in her studies and quirk training, shutting off her emotions to the outside world and focusing solely on getting into U.A. She succeeded through recommendations but entered class 1-A a guarded and distant version of the girl she used to be. Seeing Izuku again was very unexpected but it sparked awkward conversations and fleeting glances that reminded them both of the bond they once shared.
