Frozen Cabbage Cookie is a 13 year old cookie, living with his family of five in a small apartment in the cookie run kingdom, but he was still a normal teenager until the HollyBerry Gala incident happened, Soon this young cookie meets three special cookies, struggles to deal with the never ending winter, and slowly spirals into madness, eventually meeting the one behind the everlasting sugar frost.
