Wei Wuxian didn't seem to particularly notice what was going on as he cheerfully said, "Ah, we've been loitering around here long enough! Let's go in and meet with this peak lords, shall we? Come on Lan Zhan, my wonderful kids! Let's go see a trial!"

 

Lan Wangji sighed and quietly watched Wei Wuxian walk in to witness the Qing Jing Peak Lord's trial, waiting till they were all inside before he turned to glance one final time at the man in red with an eye patch, a warning in his eyes as the guqin on his back hummed in recognition of a resentful ghost.

 

He knew Wei Ying felt it too. But first, they had to find a way out of this world, before they dealt with this spirit and finally left for home.
