Don't Pass Me By // Mclennon
TRIGGER WARNING: contains homophobic slurs, alcohol abuse and NSFW content. ====================================== "Don't pass me by, don't make me cry, don't make me blue. 'Cause you know, Darling, I love only you." John Lennon has just found himself moving to a rural town shrouded in thick woods and greenery, forced to leave his childhood friends back at home. He has to quickly adapt to new changes, a new school and new people. All in the midst of financial trouble and losing his own Mother. This place is nearly abandoned, except for a few small shops here and there, very sparse. A complete polar opposite from his life in Liverpool. Everyday, John goes down to a little lake, Penny Lake, just as a way to ease his mind. He notices the same ebony-haired boy with his own group of friends visiting the lake, as well. And really, all John wants to do is to, somehow, get that Paul-boy alone so that the two of them can become... closer. This has proven itself to be a difficult challenge as George, Paul's best mate, is inseparable from Paul. Nearly attached at his hip. Not only that, but other problems arise seemingly out of thin air. Will John be able to talk to the boy and find similar interests between them? Or will something deeper unfold right before their eyes? ====================================== - Completed - Ranked #1 in the Mclennon Tag and #1 in Starrison - HELLA AngstyComplet
Blackbird // Mclennon
TRIGGER WARNING: contains child abuse, homophobic slurs, drug/alcohol use and NSFW content. ====================================== "Blackbird singing in the dead of night, take these broken wings and learn to fly. All your life you were only waiting for this moment to arise." Paul McCartney has been going to the same secondary school with the same group of students for the past 3 years. This being his last year in school, he wants to make it his very best. The only downfall is, he only has one friend, George Harrison. Which is fine, but it can get heartbreakingly lonely. The first day back, a boy by the name of John Lennon is in Paul's English class and, instantly, he makes Paul feel quite nervous. John was the personification of trouble. One day, John and Paul find eachother in an unexpected place and it changes both of their lives... in many more ways than one. If they want to have a romantic relationship, it'll have to stay a secret, especially if they want to make music together. It is illegal, after all. ====================================== - Completed - Ranked #1 in the Mclennon tag and #1 in Starrison - Angsty !Complet

The Blue Danube [OLD]
(disclaimer rly old and bad!!!) - Paul McCartney is the son of a wood chopper, barely scrounging on their savings to afford clothes and meals. As for John Lennon, it is quite the opposite. He is a prince , son of Mary - or Mimi, as she is called, the family withholding dark secrets from the public. He wishes for a new life, rebellious and sick of having to fake his whole life and be the "perfect son". Well, opportunity knocks for the young prince when his auntie hosts a masquerade for John's 18th and he meets the mysterious boy in the black mask. ( AU set in the 1850's ) [ FINISHED ] - Began 16th November 2019 - Finished December 21st 2020Complet
