Long ago, the world was over run by darkness. Until the Egyptian gods came along. They decided that to keep the world and mortals alive, that they'd need some special warriors. They called these warriors the demigods. But when the demigods got too much power, the world went into ruin once more. The gods defeated them, but they still needed warriors. The result, was us.
