Love Like That

If you gave the citizens of Hawkins, Indiana a million guesses, no one would guess that their town would get invaded by creatures and monsters from the upside down.

No one would have guessed that it all started when Eleven met three boys, Mike, Lucas, and Dustin, after she escaped from the Hawkins Lab. Or when Will Byers went missing followed by more disappearances and never before seen events occurring.

Natalie Chekhov never had a great home life. Mom died when she was ten, dad forced himself into work and was never home; leaving his best friend Jim Hopper to look after her. While that was good in all, Hopper was struggling with staying sober which meant Natalie was never checked on as much as she should have been.

Instead Natalie hung out with her boyfriend and friends, not worrying about her awful home life. During her sophomore year, she was not expecting to meet Eleven or worry about this monster trying to come out of the upside down. Her life after this hectic sophomore year would forever change her.
