Please be kind, I'm very self-conscious about my writing, especially ship fanfiction.
This was written in October 2019, so my writing may not look the same.

Taking place pre-Turnabout Beginnings/Turnabout Memories, during both cases, and post-Turnabout Beginnings/Memories. Post-first game, even. The third game was... barely non-existent and there was only so much of the first game that could've been so much different. 
What happened during the time Dahlia and Phoenix were dating? We know from canon that him and Dahlia only met twice. How was he unable to tell the difference between Dahlia and Iris? 
What would've happened if Dahlia never poisoned Diego post-Turnabout Beginnings? 

An "alternate universe" where Mia never died, Diego was never poisoned, and Phoenix...? Well, let's just say his and Dahlia's relationship sank -- just like the canon universe. The beginning of the story starts at the end of Beginnings. It reverses back to before that afterwards, when we'll find out about why the trial went the way it did.

This takes place in the future (like 10 years) after the events of Battle For Mewni and this is my story of how everything turned out for the two of them. I worked for longer than anyone could imagine... Just for it to come to this... No matter what I do... Nothing is ever good enough. Maybe this is my place in life. Maybe this is just my destiny: Failure. - Gazing into the mind of an antagonist who's drive for success led him down the wrong rabbit hole. A man living in the shadows of a broken world. Though maybe the world wasn't broken. Maybe it was just him all along. Maybe the broken world broke him too, and if everything's broken, it's perfectly fine, right? Mostly following the plot of Spirit Tracks, through Byrne's eyes, and his desperate attempt to gain power for a reason misinterpreted, though probably understandable. I've put my own original turns on this every now and then, as one would probably expect, but it's not romance, none of that hopeless crap. But rather, a thin line of grief and denial. Exchanging one life for another. Of course however, in the end... Is it really Byrne's mind? Or another? It's debatable, depending on how technical you'd want to get... It follows memories, feelings-even conflicting ones. I don't write to impress people, so don't get your hopes up. I didn't start proof reading until after Chapter Four, so prepare yourself. The story, being carried in first person, I tried to put emphasis on one's head. I don't think there's too much drama, I wanted things to at least make some kind of sense... But, alas, everything is just a perspective, for each of us. I don't think I'm right, but I don't think I'm wrong. We don't really know what happened, so I suppose that's the beauty of freedom. We can theorize whatever we want. - If you enjoy my story, don't be afraid to drop a vote. Touch that star, it's free and doesn't cost you anything. Phoenix being uninterested in every man to every throw themselves at her finds herself shocked when she sees a young-looking man stood at her desk, picking up old picture frames as he hums a quite song. Who was this man and why was he going through her stuff? Despite being married to her job this was the first man who wouldn't immediately throw himself at her... but sometimes things really are too good to be true when she finds out he was the one she was looking to destroy. A mafia leader... a man who kills for fun... a man whose eyes burned like hell's fires. Romance mixed with mystery and drama.

Like mannnn, there's a LOT of NOT remembering stuff and That's Why I name it as REMEMBER ME (Gender blend) Comet has promised neither of the besties that he promise to like don't forget this person and the other is to promise not to leave me forever.
