When Chase Braden confessed his undying love to his long time best friend - Mandy - during the last week of junior year, things took a different turn from what he'd expected. An unlikely awkwardness grew between them breaking the bond they had. Now on their senior year, Chase is determined to get his best friend back even only as that -a friend. But in order to do so, he's gonna be needing some help.

And that's where Olive Tesley comes into the picture.

Olive was this school paper photojournalist who wears nerdy glasses for fashion and prefers jeans over skirts. But don't let her plain-Jane looks fool you though. Little did the people in their town know, that the voice behind what they knew as 'Miss T' - a mysterious DJ at the local radio station who's known for giving out advises on love - was actually Olive. And this was a secret she was determined to keep. But to her dismay, fate was playful and the next thing she knows, she was unwillingly agreeing to help Chase with his crazy plan. How? By being his part-time adviser / part-time girlfriend.
