Now there is zombies roaming around looking for any flesh to sink their teeth into. When he is found by a group of survivors, blooded and bruised, he is pulled into their safe community. He feels out of place though. He wants to escape but one person stops him. Kellin was pulled into a safe zone as soon as the virus started to spread. After two years, they decide that he is ready to go on his first scouting mission. It was suppose to be a regular retrieval of supplies but they find a young man that is on his way to death. Kellin wants to bring this boy back to life. But what if his heart is cloud with darkness? What if the boy is just a shell and is better off dead?

DISCLAIMER: This is the first story I've ever written on here, so it's been like 2 years at least and my writing has changed a lot. I think this is extremely cringey now and I know there's probably tons of typos and plotholes but people still seem to like it (why? idk) so I don't want to delete it.
