Who thought it was that easy to create a villain? You, as well as me, know that a villain cannot be born but only be made, built, and sometimes, the hero creates the villain without even realising it. A regular story about two families, several generations and three villains around them. But are there really three? Or was there only one all along? Will your friend always be by your side or could it ever be possible that your enemy was on your side all along...and that friend was your enemy?

[Author's note]: First time we meet it seems, we won't meet a lot in this story, but I will put some trigger warnings once in a while...and some other mentions👻
!TW!: Self hate; Subtle mentions of suicide, or not that subtle 😭;Bullying; Mentions of death.
Enjoy☺️

Valentine was an orphan with no memories of her family, all she had left was an old necklace-and the scars from years in an abusive relationship. When she finally escapes, she seeks protection from her old friend Kenji, a man she once secretly loved, despite knowing he could never love her back. But safety is fleeting. Kenji's domineering boyfriend exudes danger and dominance, in turn to always make Valentine feel on edge around him and the tension between the three of them crackles with dark, forbidden desires. Valentine discovers her bloodline is anything but innocent-she's the daughter of a fallen drug lord who before death claimed him left a promise of her hand in marriage to the powerful and brutal Caine family. Worse still, Tyler, her ex-boyfriend, knew it all along. His love was a lie, his only goal to secure a child and seal their family's legacy. Trapped between deadly secrets, a tempestuous connection with Kenji and his lover, and the dark legacy she's inherited, Valentine's life is a dangerous game of power, passion, and survival. Will she sink under the weight of her past, or rise to claim her own future? In "Cry Me a River," every choice comes with a cost, and love might just be the most dangerous gamble of all This book contains triggering content. 21 parts Ongoing

Iris had always felt as if she shouldn't exist. Yet also as if the universe hadn't figured out she was alive yet. But now, the universe has caught up and is trying to fix what was never meant to be. 'I-I didn't mean to hurt her! Iris wasn't supposed to be involved...' I stared at her unconscious body. The bleeding had stopped but, the feeling in my gut hadn't. The feeling of guilt. I've felt this once before. I couldn't save her. I Couldn't love her... We weren't meant to love. Eternal suffering for our children just for one second of love. Iris was never meant to be born. But she was. And now I have to keep her alive. Do what I couldn't last time... We were never meant for love, but I love her. How could it work? Love was forbidden against the royalty! The children would be too strong. She doesn't feel the same, she loves someone else. That someone else was also never meant to be born. (Now in editing. No new parts coming. read on Amazon soon!)
