Two people fall in love in unlikely circumstances. They have a lot of psychological issues and mistrusts in the order of things to prevent them from finding themselves and each other. I am a reader of crime novels and hard science fiction almost exclusively, and yet this story, which I have been writing for a long time, is a love story, I can't explain it even to myself. The characters will have to work through hardship and evolve to be able to surrender to the magical things around them and the flow of the universe and the love of other people. This story still is a work in progress, it has holes and it is to be continued

As an alien invasion begins, a hiking trip with friends turns into a survival mission and an epic adventure. When Morgan finds herself alone, who will she trust and who will be her best ally against the apocalypse? Faced with the struggle against these aliens, she has to decide who, or what, will be by her side as she fights for her life. Where will this survival adventure even take her? And what is she willing to do to save her own life and even her planet? There are spirits, those who come from a realm beyond that of the physical, and not all of them are nice. The spirit attacks appear to be growing in number and severity. But why should Rashmi care?
