Will Byers and Mike Wheeler have a secret relationship because of the homophobia in hawkins, only their close friends, Will's family (excluding Lonnie) and Mike's sister Nancy knows, so they need to act like nothings going on between them in public, but Mike is acting odd, and kind of like a jerk, well, all the time. This sends Will into a spiral of mass overthinking and anxiety, he becomes a mess.

(Btw I started writing this before vol2 so that didn't happen, and the Byers didn't move away and Hopper is like alive and living with them and stuff)
