You recently moved into a small apartment complex located in a red-light district in Tokyo. Living a somewhat decent life as a young and independent individual is all you ever wanted, however all that changes when you stumble upon your odd next-door neighbor. Hanma Shuji is quite the trouble maker and stops at nothing to cause a little chaos. To top it all off? He is a complete jerk! After helping the mysterious delinquent, your world is immediately turned upside down as trouble starts to follow behind you everywhere you go. Soon, you start to question just how strange your neighbor really is. How will you manage? How much will your curiosity cost you at the expense of knowing more about him?
