Shibata Rin has always had answers to certain phenomena. With her logical and observational skills, it's no wonder that she can grasp certain topics with ease. However, she can never guess the reason for his father's undying love for volleyball that even when on the verge of death, he never got to let go of the sport. To find answers, she entered his father's previous high school and became the manager of the volleyball club. Through entering the club, will be she able to find the thing that she has always yearned to learn? Will she only learn the true appeal of the sport? Or will she also learn how to love?

There are certain things that science and logic cannot explain. Will the flamboyant captain and setter of Aoba Johsai, the Great King, be able to make her understand everything about volleyball and love?
