'Common Enemy' [Sonic 3 Inspired Fic] by Real_ShadowHedgehog

Having come from Mobius, a once thought-to-be fictional world in which all of the Classic "Sonic The Hedgehog" characters live, a new super-powered, female Hedgehog arrives on Earth, looking to run away as she was being tracked down by echidna warriors. She soon finds herself hiding amongst the forests of what she later learns is "Green Hills" Montana before being spotted by another Hedgehog. As well as his family consisting of a two-tailed fox, echidna and two humans. Tom and Maddie. They get to know each other a bit, explaining each other's stories before being grouped together by an organization titled "G.U.N." and introduced to a new common enemy amongst the newly formed underdogs group, Shadow The Hedgehog. The group all go through highs and lows to keep this new common enemy at bay before a saddening past is revealed. The new female hedgehog makes it her new mission to keep this new enemy, who is swayed by heartbreak and pain and being used for something far greater beyond just simple revenge, at bay with hardened banter, endless ass-kicking and terrible, downright awful flirting and talk-me-downs before being discovered to hold a great power, one similar to the black and red hedgehog she was tasked to keep busy alongside others. Then, a new, odd, love-hate relationship starts to form between the two hedgehogs. It sparks and flares just as a huge revelation comes to light which requires the strengths of all 'alien' hedgehogs, humans, foxes and echidnas alike. All of the furry, non-furred and spiked friends then team up and take down those who deceived and manipulated. Chris Thorndyke was one of my favorite human characters from the show and I related a lot to him growing up. All I did was gender and race swapped Chris, who is now named Christy, to fit my personal headcannons. Christy also contains a little bit of my own personality traits and characteristics. Without spoilers, my story is mostly about Sonic and Tails who got sent to Earth during a fight with Robotnik, also known as Eggman. With the help of Christy and her best friend Emily, Sonic and Tails struggle to get back home to their planet, Mobius. This is my first attempt at writing fanfiction or any story in general so please be nice. I absolutely WILL NOT tolerate rudeness and bigotry whatsoever when you can easily just block and ignore me. Im not interested in seeing anyones hate comments. To the ones that are genuinely interested I hope you enjoy my version of Sonic, I did my best to stay true to his character.
