Sarika, a 17 yr old girl, endures her final year of high school without her best friend at her side. Even though she's been asked out a million times by the boys in her school, she can't help but long for the woman who made her heart melt. In an attempt to keep the flame alive, Sarika frequently sneaks out of school and meets up with Annabeth at the shore.
However, sometime during the spring, she discovers that Annabeth has a new lover in her life and catches them in the midst of passionate erotic action. Heartbroken what she's witnessed, Sarika confronts her crush and demands answers. Annabeth explains to her that she and Saul aren't serious and are only fooling around. With tears flooding from her eyes, Sarika runs off home at full speed.
