The threat of monster attacks fades, and the Earth seems again at peace. Ohara Foundation turns to the stars and heads to space, while its monster attack countermeasures continue to shrink.

A Month Later after the events at the start of the year, It is in this new month when "Sphere", an invading swarm of mysterious floating space objects, begins to attack Earth. Humanity loses contact with Ohara Foundation in space and becomes a lone star. Their attack throws our hero Tomoe Udagawa's peaceful life into chaos. Destruction spreads before her eyes and a giant monster appears. With no heed to her own safety, Tomoe jumps in front of the enemy and transforms into Ultraman Decker.

"We gotta do it now!"

Having discovered the light of Decker within herself, Tomoe pledges to protect humanity's daily life with the help of Sayo Hikawa and Hina Hikawa just right behind her back. Together with herself, the Hikawa Twins, and Roselia, they formed an Anti-Sphere squad to stand against these great enemies.
