A nice ball between the 11 Kingdoms in the area, most of them being about only 1 type of magic except one, The one ruled by Odalia and Alador. This one was made off of wild magic and freedom of expression while also being orderly and calm, they were the ones who hosted this to try to get closer to the other kingdoms, but when the only prince of the golden kingdom and Emira one of the girls of the Blight family who was the prince's age are arranged to marry each other Hunter finds Edric.
This is mostly gonna be fluff and lore I think

It wasn't a problem. Well, until Emperor Belos decided that they were too exhausting to be left alone anymore. A barrier was created that day. The rebels took the Knee half. Belos took the Head half. It couldn't be flown over. There was no way around it. One would need to walk through to get to the other side of the broken Isles. That journey was too dangerous to be done. Forcing both sides to keep to themselves until it came down. No survivors were recorded, fueling the rage towards the rebels. As one of them was accused of creating the barrier. This unstable, involuntary truce would not last forever. All either side could do was prepare for the increasingly violent fights between small groups.
