Twin brother to Issei Hyoudou, Talion is the complete opposite when it comes to personality, as he has been dubbed the 'King of Kuoh' and 'Hunter of Perverts' due to how he manages to track them down and beats them up.
What both brothers don't know however is that they contain dormant powers strong enough to contend with powerful beings.
