Leah runs away from home due to family problems, to Orange County.
When things weren't working out with her mother, who insisted that she'd leave immediately,  she decides to stay there permanently.  

 when her curiosity gets the best of her, she enters an old abandoned house which rumours flew around , saying that the previous owner was a witch who's spirit remained in the house. She is in an awful predicament when she finds an old book that was hidden in the house. 

 Without her knowledge , the witch , Elanora, becomes a döppleganger of her. Elanora had been trapped for over 200 years, who is hellbent on  killing or capturing all her enemies and their relatives as she pretended to be Leah.
