After being the Flash for two years our hero Sabre falls. He receives and injury that will effect his powers as the Flash Forever. For a new job he becomes a foster parent and takes care of kids to help him feel better and contribute to Core City even though he can no longer fight or the city thanks to his injury. He is trying to recover as quickly as possible to gain his powers back and fight once again. Rainbow is a 12 year old boy who has been to home to home in the foster care system. No longer wanting to trust others and no memories of his past parents he doesn't care much about people and just wants to be left alone. Tired of the foster care system he swears that this will be the last home he will be in. A new villain arises as well. With no Flash to protect the city they can do as they please. They can't wait until they find "the one they are looking for." Fate will tie them together very soon.Complete

Thank @HeathAnders for giving me the idea to write this! She came up with some of the story line, the name, and helped inspire me to write this completely. She is an amazing person so check her out! (Just assume it's a yes) -Most likely going to be MAINLY Rainbow Steve's POV but don't hold me accountable for that, seeing as the first chapter has Sabre's Losing someone you care about is already hard enough, but then losing your memory of them and gaining them back after so long is worse. When you realize that you actually love them, it makes it much worse. Then what do you do when suddenly they come back to life after being gone for so long? Rainbow Steve got injured during the battle of fighting Memory Steve and gained his memories back. Blue Steve comes back to life after it came short because of Nightmare Steve. Except now Blue Steve doesn't have his memories. The only questions are: How did he come back to life? How long will it take to learn what brought Blue Steve back? How will Sabre react when he finds out Rainbow Steve's secret? And will Blue Steve care about Rainbow Steve the same way Rainbow Steve cares about him?Complete

Sabre's been in the Steves' world for quite some time. He chose to stay there, with all his friends, and live there for the rest of his life. But he's staying there for far too long. His power to teleport to different dimensions and realms has become overwhelming and it is slowly taking over his body and killing him from every bone to every organ in his body.
