TW/CW: major character death, angst, swearing, ambiguous ending?

-

izuku didn't want to leave him all alone. he could only hope that he would get to see katsuki again.

he could feel himself slipping, feel himself getting more tired as each second passed. it was getting harder and harder to keep his eyes open fully.

"kacchan... kiss me. before time runs out." his eyes were pleading, his words having two separate meanings that only katsuki would understand.

- or

katsuki has one for all.

and he will avenge his lover, no matter the consequence.

this fic was inspired by a video on tiktok posted by @one_for_art (the cover art is a screenshot from the video)

this fic has also been posted on my ao3, so go there if you would like better quality. @denki_kkami

this story does not match up with canon events/details in mha. i changed it up a bit to make sense for this. in this fic, the characters are in their late 20's.

In a society both connected and alienated by technology, Kate suspects an actual secret admirer is behind Ecto. Could it be the work of the techie student council president Dion or has Kate really found her soulmate in bits of computer code? She decides to get to the bottom of the cutting-edge app. Her search for Ecto's real identity leads Kate to prom, where absolute knowledge comes with a very steep price.
