Koda is used to saying goodbye. So much so that she no longer know how to say goodbye. Nine years ago her mom was kicked out and she fled to a cozy sea side town. Cameron Cove. Their she met her friend Will and even a mysterious boy Benji, but her time was limited because once the summer was over they were on the road again. Years later there back but nothing is quite the same. Her friend has other people to hang with and the mysterious boy Benji who used to cry over everything is 6'4 and the center of all the towns gossip. She has changed as well. Anxiety written with a new step-family. She doesn't know how to spend the next three months, especially knowing that she will leave again at the end of the summer. Things seem to change when her insomnia leads her to the cove's where she meets with Benji again. He is nothing like the rumors though. He's kind and gentle and decides that they won't spend there summer tired and restless, so he makes a bucket list of everything they will do in the next three months.

But as sparks fly between the two it becomes harder and harder to find a way to say goodbye.
