"I know what its like to pretend to be something you're not, and you aren't who you say you are, are you?" Billy mutters to her in worry, he doesn't care. He couldn't. He wasn't capable or deserving of such emotions. Or so he's heard. After processing what he was asking Kassidy seems to immediately go cold as she takes a step back almost tripping over her own feet as he catches her. She tries to walk away before he gently grabs her wrist. At the simple gesture she gets a odd tingling sensation in her stomach that she can't quite place. But she can't trust him, can she? All she knows is that she doesn't want to go back. She can't go back.
"Are you?" Silence.
Nearly about to boil over he takes a step forward with fury in his eyes "Kassidy, answer me god damn it!" Standing there with tears in the rims of her eyes that are begging to pour over, she begins to tremble with the fear that she may know what's to come. Billy releases his breath which he didn't even know he was holding. Looking down at the veins popping off of his hand which had been balled up in a fist nearly drawing blood. Angered at his own actions, and worried that he has become the exact person that he loathes the most. As he hops in his 1979 blue Camaro, he gives Kassidy a glance seemingly saying 'I'm sorry'. In which she returns a slight smile. What was this man doing to her?
