A Child Born From Eternity...

The Raiden Shogun began to Construct her ideal of Eternity, stripping away the aspirations of the people and locking away inazuma.

The Raiden Shogun built 3 bodies, One was a success, the other two were a failure.

But instead of destroying the failures, she let them live, locking their powers inside of them, so they never use it to cause destruction.

One puppet roamed Inazuma for some time, before being found by an organisation, whilst the other puppet went his own way, but never learned anything, as he was constructed as a child, which is why he was deemed a failure.

The life of the Child was one of indifference, he didn't care about any of his actions, as he felt nothing, he felt emptiness, there was nothing but an endless abyss.

Genshin Impact belongs to Mihoyo/Hoyoverse

(Just to get things over with, I am the author of another Genshin story called A Shadow Over Teyvat, but due to technical difficulty I couldn't stay in that account, so I made a new one, so yeah that's the story. )
