The HR Exchange Network's annual State of HR Survey found that 23% of respondents said monitoring production was a significant challenge for long-term work. It binds the interaction of employees to the top of the list. However, in a similar recent Gartner study, only 13% of respondents said that production was worrying. About 29% reported not taking steps to track the product remotely.
