A long time ago, humans and lizarians lived in coexistence, neither giving nor taking more- that is, until a lizarian was accidentally killed. It was then realized by the humans, how valuable their meat was, and so the lizarian Tribes started to dwindle in numbers. Only one tribe survived, and is now thriving in their home, but a prophecy promised to Snow, a chief from long ago who led them to their home, and sealed their powers, needs to be fulfilled. Several thousand years into the future, Firefly, one of four born to Whispering-Breeze, and Soar, along with a group of friends set out to save her mother. Will two of them be part of the prohecy, or will the lizarians stay underground longer?

Together with Waveskimmer, they begin traveling the world, meet new people, and try their best to undo the mistakes of the past. But when their own past catches up with them, the fate of the world is thrown into jeopardy once more.

Will they end up together? Or is the forbidden part too strong for them to fight off? Will the humans try to take their world back?
