It's late at night, and your headlights aren't working properly when you hit and kill a man that you don't recognise. It had been entirely your fault. You were driving recklessly, more focused on your own anger than the road.

If you were a better person, maybe you'd turn yourself in, so you could be held accountable and the man's family be given some closure. But you're not a better person. You've decided the world has taken far too much from you.

For some inane reason, Billy Hargrove - Hawkins' resident heartthrob, and more importantly, the man that beat the shit out of one of your best friends - helps you cover it up.
