After getting returned to the adoption center, anya gets adopted into becky's family.
Her new name being anya blackbell, she continued attending eden academy to say her thanks. But to the grief of her past name, she has become a new person. Becky still stuck close to her, trying to understand her, but she couldn't.

Several years later, anya was now in 10th grade when she was on her way to meet up with becky at the public library when she caught a glimpse of her past father.
