He assures the girl that she's the one for him, and he wants to be with her. The fourth man, a brilliant and determined individual, grew up in an orphanage but was supported by his friends' parents. They encouraged his passion for medicine, and he became a renowned neurosurgeon, establishing his own hospital. There, he met Neha, a bright and beautiful young doctor. Their initial interactions were rocky, but as they worked together, their mutual respect and admiration grew. They fell deeply in love, but their happiness was short-lived as Neha's parents opposed their relationship. They sought to harm the man who had captured their daughter's heart, determined to keep them apart.
