Julie Harpor is one unlucky person.
Out of ten-thousands of people that would get themselves into a situation as bad as slipping into The Backrooms, the universe had to gamble inevitably.
But this place was all in her head, right?
Nothing but the exact same inconsistently placed walls of yellowed wallpaper and damp carpeting to find in every corner.
Its all the same, the faster Julie runs, she feels much more deserted.
With no one around to accompany her except the eerie fluorescent-lights buzzing above her, many thoughts rushed in her head.
Is this heaven? Did I die?
Until she hears a distant screech.

Tom and Tord going through their everyday lives before ending up just randomly appearing where the carpet is all moist and smells horrible, yellow walls that decorated with a pattern, the illuminescent lights that are bright and somewhat flicker. The two separate from each other but soon will meet, in the endless halls where there is no exit. This is an au. All characters are not the same as the real people. ⚠️this is a weirdcore/dreamcore type story, so please read with caution if it may cause you to dissociate!!⚠️ A young girl and her little sister have glitched out of reality, and are now in a liminal place. The girl has been here before, and is determined to get herself and her sister out of this place. However, when she runs into old friends, she finds out that she is one of very few humans who has successfully glitched here twice (let alone by accident). Now she needs to find out if 'home' is the place she grew up in, or if she really does belong here. She needs to make some tough choices. Stay here forever and send her little sister out on her own, or leave and risk injury, even death, if she gets taken through the backrooms for a third time after arriving back 'home' to reality.
