A Princess and a monkey, highly unusual and even more impractical. Kirani and Macaque make an unlikely pair of celestial beings, and yet, they saved each other. The two have lived life times together, growing a bond that differing morals or scrawny kids will never be able to over come. But when Macaque finds himself in deeper trouble than he was ready for, Kirani finds that her past has come back to haunt her, both figuratively and literally. During a battle, Macaque gets injured, the group does not yet trust Macaque and is still skeptical so they leave the monkey king to watch over him, not only to make sure he is well healed but also so he doesn't run off or do anything destructive. The healing process is slow and painful, it hurts to even use his power. He finds himself unable to even move from his bed some morning. Successor AU (Monkie Kid story)
Plot: Mk, Mei, and Redson were all born in the same time period in this AU. So ancient China basically. Wukong raised Mk, Macaque raised Mei, and Nezha raised Redson. Wukong is sort of an obsessive yandere in this. His whole goal is to find wherever Macaque ran off to all these years. Macaque basically adopted Mei, even though he doesn't quite know how to be a parent. Nezha raised Redson, attempting to tame his firey anger and stray him from the path of villainy. Will of the Wisps
Peace has been restored to Megapolis after the harrowing defeat of the Lady Bone Demon, thanks to the Monkie Kid and his promiscuous friends. With serenity afoot, the demons have fled to the shadows with the idea of Immortals known to the mortal eye. Months have passed, with very little happening and the world at rest, until sudden danger lurks around the corner. Word begins to pick up on the local news of a mysterious substance called "Decay" spreading from island to island off the coast of China-seemingly turning whatever it touches to stone, killing life around it and which, seemingly, cannot be broken, no matter the holy weapon or the power of a vengeful god. Nobody knows of the source of this material, nor does anyone know how to stop the spread of it, causing a tangent of irked fear to fill the public's hearts of the unknown. That is, until one fateful and pouring evening amid April, when a duo of unexpected and unfamiliar faces-a tiny owlet with a deformed wing and a bipedal white feline-stumble into the humble abode of "Pigsy's Noodle Shop," determined to fulfill their quest of stopping the spreading Decay by recruiting others to help them on their mission. What lurks beyond Megapolis in newfound terrain is all but a mystery none know about, and with the help of familiar faces, and new ones, to prevent the world from becoming a crippling statue, it is up to our heroes to brave the new frontier and cure the plague of Decay. He easily caught attention to everyone whom laid eyes on him, his charm, his voice, his presence was almost too hard to resist. Wukong, A witness to the growth of popularity of the star through his younger brother, MK. Wukong isn't much of a fan to this rising star, disliking the fact his younger brother likes such an idol. ♡ "Oh please sunny! Can we go get those tickets to see him? This is a once in a lifetime opportunity...!" Mk pleaded to his older brother in desperation. ♡ What if Wukong meets this idol, would he change his mind? Or rather a change of heart?
