I bet you've seen those Karen compilations/public freak-outs on either Youtube or TikTok and wondered what you would do in that situation. Well, I've been in plenty of those scenarios during my time working at McDonalds and I'm here to tell you about it. From a girl in her late teens throwing a cheeseburger at us all the way to a customer angry about how we put chocolate in her mocha, we employees behind the counter see it all. Here are all the crazy stories I've personally encountered while working at the famous golden arches and what happens behind closed drive thru windows.
