It wasn't always like this.
Quill lives a lonely life. Her parents aren't the most caring parents in the world, and she sits with her classmate Aurora's friend group. Which makes them her friends too, right? All she needs is her polaroid camera and her journal to survive, who needs anything else. But after a life threatening experience, she questions the reason why she is surviving in the first place. Will Quill discover what exactly she's been missing?
Venus is a interesting girl who usually sticks to herself. Her mom is never home, which makes the house survival of the fittest. And being the popular girls younger sister makes it challenging to blend in, but she makes it work. After an encounter with one of her sister's "friend" she wonders if life is everything she thought it was. Can Venus find out who she is, and what her life is supposed to be?
