Until he realizes maybe he's not so alone here, sparking a true friendship with the most unlikely person, Eddie Munson. Eddie(22) hasn't been able to get out of this town either after swearing he would get the hell out of here many years ago. The kids are all graduating this year, which will most likely end up giving the two now men, no reason to stick around anymore. But what will happen to the two friends when Steve realizes the feelings he's thought for so long to just be a platonic friendship have always been a little more? Sex/sexual acts. Self-harm/talk of suicide. Assault. There are not warnings at the beginnings of chapters. Some themes are rather dark and may be triggering - hence the warnings here. POV story, Y/N format. Slow burn, kinda. Heavy relationship focus leading up to the events in season 4. Not everything will fit with the show but it's a fiction anyway so *shrug* All Stranger Things characters obviously belong to the incredible Duffer Brothers.
