Both UK and French governments were also involved in those activities. The lady possessed a secret plan to provide arms to the rebels and that got missing from her room. Also, a neighbor in her floor in the same hotel got missing. Couple of days later the dead body of the person was found in another hotel. Scotland Yard pin pointed a person as a killer but later it was found to be a big blunder. The actual killer vanished with the plan keeping the innocent person to be hanged.
