Mahiro Tanaka was somewhat special boy. Living his life in a world full of heroes and villians with superhuman powers called quirks. He was living in an orphanage, du to his parents dying in a tragic incident. He was playing with other kids when his caretaker told him they had to go on an appointment they had with a doctor. And that little visit changed his life.
