When Joshamee Goldwing is chosen to compete in the Worldwide Surf Tournament, this 16-year-old adelie penguin will seek the help of a veteran freesurfer, a sullen Southern Rockhopper penguin named Boris Luther Lockwood. However, this tournament has a lot of surprises for Joshamee: not only he will surf in five surf spots of four countries and face the current defending champion, his life will also change for good.
Based on the works of Don Rhymer, Christopher Jenkins and Christian Darren, as well on the Surf's Up franchise (2007 - 2017) from Sony Pictures Animation.
