y/n's quirk is called 'the 5th choice'
so the way the quirk works is u get to choose 5 quirks until ur 15.
so lets say u wanted teleportation. u would have teleportation and you'd still get to pick 4 other quirks, but when u turn 15 you cant choose anymore. If u still had one more quirk to choose when u turned 15 then you'll get a random quirk. You can also mix quirks together and create another quirk out of the ones you already have.

There will be some curse words within this story.

When he finally runs into him after two years, he is shocked to see what has happened to the supposedly dead boy. Eyes filled with death and coldness. Scars covering his body and now suddenly has quirks? He realized quickly that they may be right next to each other but they lived worlds apart. . . . TW!!
