No one expects anything bad to happen to them. That is until they come face to face with evil. No one prepares to be faced with the dark, the strange, and the mysterious of the world around them until it's too late.

Is it possible for a whole town to curse its own residents? Or perhaps the locals are reeling havoc on their small community? But, none of these logical explanations can justify the horrors lurking about Hawkins. What else is hiding in the shadows? If the town isn't being cursed by a human, then what is causing these fatal events?

When a group of young kids find themselves in the middle of an unfortunate situation, in which their party member is missing, they will stop at nothing to find him. Perhaps, it would've been better to avoid the unknown along the way. Maybe it was better to leave the questions unanswered and the door shut.

Sometimes knowing will eat at your conscience more than not knowing.
