At the age of 29 years old, Adagio Dazzle is far from content with her life, but she's required to go to a work convention that is placed back in Canterlot City. The only problem is that she's been trying to avoid Canterlot City for some time now. Anxious and nervous, Adagio convinces herself that nothing bad will happen and that she will try to enjoy her trip, until she runs into a familiar face. Their combined past is enough to ruin Adagio's trip, but the question is will she let it?

After everything with the Apple Family reunion and Sunset's birthday, it feels wrong to take her smile away. Months fly by and Adagio can't find the strength to talk to Sunset. Maybe this problem will go away on its own. Is it really wrong to want to keep that warm smile on Sunset's face? I think that's why we're still trying so desperately to get back to some sort of normalcy. Four years later and we're still on the ground, crawling, in search of the happiness that was lost that June. Summers will never be the same. Midnight walks through my neighborhood will never be the same. Field parties with bonfires and loud music will never be the same. I still don't know why you left and what lead you to the decision you made. What I do know is that we're here. We're alive and we're pushing forward to the future. A future that you're not a part of.
