Magnolia "Sunset" Jones graduated from Top Gun first in her class. She was one of the best pilots to grace the halls at Top Gun. After graduation and a terrible tragedy, she moved on and found other assignments, missions. She's forgetting what had happened.

That is, until she's called back to Top Gun for a very important mission.

An important mission that leads her to Bradley "Rooster" Bradshaw.
