The Union of the Philippines has kept a pretty high alert on anyone and anything that's near their borders thats not a UPN Ship. And the UPN has a trick up its sleeves. It's has the most advanced technology of any of the Major Factions. Due to the Faction reverse-engineering Siren Technology. Like Missiles, Automatic Weapons and Experimental Lasers.
